Dear Darla

Dear Darla, one of the unique pizzas I’ve ever seen.  I think the name came from the character in the movie Little Rascal, “Darla”, cause one of its main ingredients is alfalfa sprout. A special blend of tomato sauce, black olives, mushroom, onions, mozzarella cheese, capers and pepperoni in a classic thin-crust produced this magnificent pizza.

What’s interesting with this kind of pizza is the way you eat it. With arugula leaves and alfalfa sprout roll together with the pizza and kaboom! Dear Darla is ready to eat.
